How do I cover my ceiling when it's 7 foot 2" high?
We moved into a home that most of the rooms have 7 foot 2" high ceilings. I want to cover the popcorn or take it out and know that I have to check for asbestos or lead. Need help.

Checkout fasade ceiling tiles. They look just like tin but they are lightweight plastic. They stick on with construction adhesive
You can also drywall over using 1/4" drywall. This will have a nominal impact on your ceiling height.
