What new ideas do you have for Christmas plate settings?
I need cute, fun, kid and adult-friendly ideas for lunch for Christmas. I want to do place cards, napkins, and a small centerpiece. I have white Corelle plates and saucers, I have glass glasses or plastic cups. Casual describes my style, but my guests appreciate festive little touches. Ideas, please? ☺️

Hi Jewell. I'm Cindy. One little "touch" that I have always done is to wrap your silverware in a napkin. Then tie a cute Christmas ribbon around them. Stick a candy cane in each bundle. You could add a cute ornament on the ribbon and write their names on each ornament instead of place cards. Good luck Jewell and Happy Holidays.
I saw somewhere where they used white plates as a snowman setting. Put a salad plate directly above dinner plate. Make a simple hat cutout to put above. Lay the fabric dinner napkin at the neck area like a scarf. Very cute and simple.
Ok Jewell, I found some visuals for you.

Pick out bits from them that would work on your table.
Greens, an extra garland, candles, whatever you have around the house to add some extra flair.
One year I used magnolia leaves, red apples, white votive candles and pinecones and nuts in the shell strewn artfully down the center of the table.
Another year I used extra strands of garland and mini potted poinsettias.
Even extra ball ornaments in clear glass vases look pretty.
We have rosemary growing on our property. Used that in vases and purchased a grocery store bunch of flowers and made 3 arrangements.
Hope this gets you started to think about what you might already have to use.
Hello,
Heres an easy idea, minus the dinner plate.
