Connie, you are on the line for ice and snow this week. But if you feel like getting out, go ahead and cut the wisteria back. It’s only a little more than two weeks until January and the first of March is close to too late. When you are still wearing a jacket for warmth when you go outside, it’s time to deal with the wisteria. Best wishes ☺️
