What kind of custom front door? More info please.
Are you asking about finding a custom door that has vines carved in it? That would be custom - one of a kind - you'd have to find a woodworker to carve one for you.
Get a carpenter. Most of these use a Homemade Tool [Nail Press] to cut out basic designs from 1 ply to then smooth the rough edges or the More advanced just use a Lazer to cut them. Vines are a Popular Trim design, so popular in fact that Many lumberyards and ther wholesale distributors even sell them for diy projects. They do because In DIY for making only 4 it is pointless to go set up and make your own Nail press or Drill Press, Easily the Cost of that alone is $28. It differs if you are selling Designs and woodworking in bulk where it makes sense to be able to make 240 feet of Tack on Trim in an hour or less that you sell for $13 per 6 foot. Making a Nail Press is Straightforward, it is like Pegboard in 7 ply except the Holes are much closer, and you rest it on top of the Board, put your nails where your design is to be reproduced, setup takes 8 minutes and you hammer the nails into the Presoaked Panelboard. When you do it often chiseling these off comes naturally and can do in 3 minutes or less. If you never did it before: 'Good Luck Chiseling with 100 Linear feet of practice boards if you move about it fast like a pro rather than use a File as an apprentice'. So dependent on skill level, you can indeed do the job with either a File or Baby Chisel once you set up your nail press.
Setting up the Nail Press is Straightforward: Trace your Pattern On the Top Board and Place and space your Nails Appropriately.
Just like the 8th ply of the Trim you make, so also are the 7th to 2nd ply similarly done.
Only difference is that you can drill each hole to a size slightly larger than the Nails [9D nails are recommended] after you glue together the 7 Plies.
But again, I stress, that is best left to the pros and the lumberyard because: you need less than 32 feet of trim.
It'd differ if you wanted Vines and 2ply crafts all over the home interior and garden and needed 1200 feet of Trim and craft boards.
I very highly doubt you want to start making Tree Ornaments and Crafts this late in the year to manage a Profit over the Cost of a Nail Press and the Tools and Time.
