Hi Debbie, this is Peggy. I am a nurse and we got blood on our uniforms a lot . We always grabbed the bottle of peroxide and poured it on, always came out and never hurt the color of our uniforms. You may want to try a corner or inside part to make sure it won't change the color. Good luck

If the blouse is white, use hydrogen peroxide. If can lighten colored fabric.
Hello,
Agree with Mona above -hydrogen peroxide recommendations.
Sprinkle unseasoned meat tenderizer on the dried blood spots. Make a paste with a wee bit of water, and scrub gently. Rinse well with cool water. Repeat if necessary.
Blood can be difficult to wash out with just ordinary soap at first due to the high protein content. The meat tenderizer contains salts that break down the protein cells.
Hydrogen peroxide. No time, no messs. Works great!
H2O2 (3%) or Clorox 2, directly on blood. Don't try anything before. Can reapply before washing.
