Off muffin tins? Same way Tara. You need to let them soak. Then use a Plastic knife.

Next time use PAM 'the spray on butter or crisco substitute'. It will make your baking and life more heavenly.

Hi ! Try soaking in hot soapy water. Then use one of those small plastic/ rubber scrapers ! That should work... You might have to repeat the whole process a second time . If this doesn't work maybe cut an old credit card in half the long way, and use that to scrape off the stuck on food ! Good luck !!!

Maybe add water to each cup of the muffin tin, place on cookie sheet so that the water won't spill, put in heated oven and after the water starts to boil, remove carefully from the oven and scrape the eggs off with a strong plastic utensil. I hope this helps. Be careful not to burn yourself with the hot water.

Hi Tara: Try making a paste of Cream of Tartar (the dry stuff) and vinegar. Put it on the burnt mess, let it set for about 10 seconds and then scrape it off with a plastic putty knife or spoon or whatever won't scratch your muffin tin. You might have to do it twice, but probably not. Good luck.
