How can I clean a porous shower floor?


I can't get the shower floor clean

    Try using Clorox Toilet Bowl cleaner and a brush on it and it should come clean. Rinse well with hot water.

    Toilet bowl cleaner can affect the grout and glazing on ceramic/stone. Can affect the clear coat on fiber glass Try a small spot first. Try using Easy Off No Fume Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Works on enamel, porcelain, and fiberglass.

    I use baking soda and a scrub brush or a Magic Eraser.

    If it’s porous; after cleaning you need to seal it.

    Figure out what it is for the proper sealing product.

  • I block up the hole in mine with a big shampoo bottle with an old cloth wrapped around it and fill the base up and add some bleach and let it sit for about an hour. Then use a scouring pads to clean it up.
