How can I remove these spots on my exterior stuccoed wall?
I have been noticing these spots on along the second level of my home on the exterior west facing wall. We do get a lot of wind, could it be dirt. What could be causing this?

My first thought was mold, but probably just dirt. Have you tried to just hose it off?
Use a gentle power wash

Good luck to you on this project!! Happy holidays!
It’s from dirt on the roof you would try power washing the wall if not paint it
I would try mold and moss killer. Home improvement stores carry it. It attaches to your hose, wet it down and the next day....gone.
I think one of the other posters is correct about it being dirt from the roof. You might want to get the roof power washed first. We had ours done last year (it was never done previously and was 10 y/old) and it made a huge difference. After that, power wash the house. Good luck
Hi ! Does it always look the same or does it seem to be more noticeable on some days ? To me it looks like it is damp , like it is holding moisture. It looks like it is between the wall studs or beams. I don't think it's just dirt coming off your roof , because you have a wide overhang . I hope it is just dirt , would be easier to take care of, over a mold issue. As for power washing, check with an expert first of do some research , you don't want to damage your stucco ! They make a product called set it and forget it , check to see if that can be used on stucco . Good luck !!!
Good Morning I lived in Sacramento Ca I’m maintenance for HOA and I used stucco cleaners used power washing light wash please not used high power or your stucco will be removed.
i Had this same problem. It was too high on the house .....so I put tilex in a super squirting children’s squirt gun andmit worked like a charm‼️👍🏻 I hosed down the area afterwards with clean water. If that doesn’t do the trick.....you may have a problem with your stucco. Hope not
If it is mold, I like to use wet and forget brand product with a telescoping pole and softer bristle brush.
Spread bleach on it AND THEN pressure clean it with a gentle spray washer, don't get the unit's tip too close to the wall. Does that wall ever get exposure to the sun? Probably noy
