Wash and dry by hand. If drinking glasses, use vodka. If chandelier crystals, rubbing alcohol works.

Soak in a warm water and vinegar solution to see if this will loosen the lime.
I would pour some straight white vinegar in a sealable sandwich bag and place it over the crystals overnight. Rinse well.
