https://www.hometalk.com/diy/outdoor/pools-ponds/redo-of-back-pond-30218580....I live in CO and to keep the pond from freezing I use a deicer....I have fish,frogs,turtles and ducks in this pond....I have a canister filter which is kept outside and run by a pump, and a fountain head too for added charm plus providing more oxygen...
