Start with flooring. You’ll live with it the longest and it’s expensive to change. Then pick your paint. :)
Hi Cathy, the flooring is the largest expense and most permanent, so chose it first.
I decide on flooring first - but install last so that any other renovation projects don't mess up the new floor.
