Try swishing some vinegar in the glass.
Acetone and lacquer thinner disolves acrylic resin. May take a lot, make sure vase is worth it.
I have the reusable kind; get some water hot - doesn't need to boil; put vase in water so it's up to the level of the artificial water. It starts to re-melt. Cool stuff!
