Do you have a cookbook collection? If so use it! Paint to match your kitchen. Sometimes they hold cd's, I have a ton of them. Reference books on your desk? I am old school and still have a dictonary, thesaurus, synonym and antonym and other reference books in my office at home and at work.
Maybe if you hang on the wall make a double shelf you might need to add wood to it
Would be great for holding kids coloring books.
Attach a hard-bristle brush upside down. Put it outside your door for people to clean their shoes before going inside.
I came across one of those also. My intention was to put my cookbooks in it on my kitchen counter. Still trying to decide. Having seen you article has motivated me to get busy.
I was thinking about using mine to organize the lids of your the plastic containers and/or pots & pans somehow
I use mine on the floorbnext to my desk where I do my bible study lessons to hold reference books and bibles.
Turn it upside down, add a shelf to the top, paint it. Use in the kitchen for drying towel and to store jars or other small items on.
Could do the same in the bathroom with hand soap, hand cream and hand towel.
