Here is a super easy one. And you can put fabric over it, if you want to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pDSW0FHQcX0
fill old socks with rice. Tie them off. Take a pair of panty hose and stuff the socks inside. Put at the bottom of your door snugly and no more draft
Door snakes are just long tubes filled with polyester. A variety of materials can be used to make them. People have used old sweaters, pretty fabrics, old table clothes or anything that would make a tube to put polyester into. Have fun making one of there to fit the width of your door.
Easy here are several options.

Sorry hit wrong key cut two pieces if fabric the length of bottom of door width about 8 inches sew lengths together like a long tube sew one end stuff with a soft bendable fill then tie the other end until you are sure you have inserted enough stuffing lay at bottom of closed door stopping drafts from coming in. I have seen predone rolls in the form of soft pets etc. In dept stores. These work well. And can be laundered
I have put an old towel on the will between the storm door and inside door...works great temporarily.
