How do I get rid of small white flying insects on Basil?
There are very small flying insects on the basil I have growing in the window. I don't know what they are, but they seem to spin something similar to a spider's web. Does anyone know what they are or how to get rid of them?

They sound like fungus gnats, which look similar to mosquitoes, and hover and breed in moist places, such as potting soil.
Fungus gnats feed on decaying matter so remove anything that isn't healthy.
It is the constantly wet soil conditions that create the perfect breeding ground for fungus gnats so let the soil dry out a little in between waterings.
Repot your basil plant if the potting medium retains too much moisture and does not drain well.
Check your home for moisture problems, such as under your sink, in your basement, in your crawl space, and near windows and doors. If you see a leak or accumulation of moisture, fixing this issue also might help get rid of the fungus gnat problem with your indoor plants.
Buckle cases or valet cases for men that is for storage. A shadow box would be good for display.
