This is Linda. One way to clean tile grout is to use baking soda and water. Make a paste and scrub it on with a toothbrush. Let it sit so that it has time to do it's work then rinse. If it is stained, you can whiten it with a bleach pen!
Once you get it clean.... Seal it. If cleaning isn't getting the results you want, you can stain grout with a ready made grout stain.
Cleaning Grout with Hydrogen Peroxide, Baking Soda, and Dish Soap
Mop the floor with clean water.

Making a paste with OxyClean and water. Apply let sit for 20 mins. Scrub with toothbrush. Rinse well.
