Wreaths are easy. There are a number of different techniques.
An easy one is to get a wire coat hanger, shape it into a heart or circle. Then add strips of net, fabric or plastic garbage bags to the wire by timing them on. Keep tying until bunched up and full. The white one in the photo are white garbage bags strips. The red heart is red satin fabric, this will give a frayed effect.
