If you mean beadboard panel , then yes ! I used it to cover a whole wall in my half bath , we finished it with a narrow trim on top and a wide trim on the bottom . It looks great in my vintage cottage look bathroom . We are planning on using it in our master bathroom ( which is attached to the half bath , with a door between them )
This time doing it as a half wall coverage .
I would not use a 'pressed' wood in any high moisture area ... if it absorbs water the glue deteriorates and the wood ( which is actually a molded sawdust product - not solid wood ) will swell and crumble.
If you're talking about OSB when you say pressed board, I haven't seen that. But if you are talking about using 4' X 8' sheets of plywood cut down into strips for shiplap in the bathroom, we did that in our master bathroom. It's been up for almost 2 years and it's held up well to the humidity. If you don't have a table saw to cut down the strips, most home improvement stores will do it for you, sometimes for free. We made a few extra steps to make sure it would work in a bathroom explained here: https://www.simplicityinthesouth.com/2017/03/tutorial-and-tips-shiplap-walls-in-the-master-bathroom.html You can see why we chose a certain type of plywood to use in this post: https://www.simplicityinthesouth.com/2017/03/shiplap-walls-5-reasons-to-use-exterior-plywood-instead-of-luan-underlayment.html
I wouldn't use any manufactured material in a bathroom.
