Buy a cougar. No seriously. They are omnivores meaning they will eat anything, meat, fruit, seeds, bugs. Make sure there is no food source for them available. Both will eat most anything including bird food fallen from feeders. If they have nothing to eat around you house like fruit fallen from trees, trash cans or bird feeders etc. they will go elsewhere.
where are they in yard, coming in doggie door,in attic, under house?
Our neighbor has one under her shed, right next to the property line. We have a doggy door assessable all day and night for our dogs. I have never had damage from it yet. It showed up after she put down her dog (it was old and had dementia).
Shoot them
Well in my neighborhood you don't, you just deter them. Keep your property neat, tidy and picked up. Don't have pet food or water bowls outside, or take in every evening at dusk. Nature rules, we just try to control it. Even in the city where I work there are raccoons and possums . . .
If you're seeing them during daylight hours, they may be rabid. Call your animal control officer for advice.
