There is three feet of wall on the left side of the left shelves. Picture doesn’t seem to show that.
Do you think this looks okay?
Galvanized troughs with barn wood placed inside to make shelves. Room 24/15 with cathedral ceilings. Do you think it is too much on the wall? Can’t decide if I like it.

Are they the same size on both sides, in pix one side looks longer. From pix i would say 1 longer and one shorter on each side. The middle is too big with a big piece on it, it seems to dwarf everything. I would move it higher and remove the large piece. Some artificial greenery would look nice, if you let it hang just over the edge it will fill the blank space between it and the tv.
I like how it looks. I do not think it is over done at all. Love the whole look!
Looks nice. Only thing I would probably do in my home is add a couple of good-sized potter plants (fake in my case) to either side of your tv console to balance it out a bit (or at least to the left since you have cute fowl on right side). Nice work! Love the shelving idea.
I think it looks nice; especially if you like it. Nice and balanced. Good job.
I think what is bothering you (and me when I look at it) is the shelf above the tv. You have it too balanced. Slight asymmetry is more pleasing to the eye. I would move it below the two shelves on one side of the tv and put a large plant on the floor on the other side. Part of the problem is that everything is floating around the tv and you have no anchor on each side. If you are asking the question about how it looks, you know something is bothering you and probably always will. LOL If a shelf can be put up, it can be taken down :)
