How do I redo my dining room walls?
I have an old dining room that has wall paper that is in terrible shape. Any ideas on what I can do that doesn’t entail taking down the wallpaper. Something cool that I could just go over the top of it with?

Maybe you could design a layout of trim that you could attach and paint, sort of frame the wallpaper in a sense.
That wallpaper is already coming up, shouldn't be too difficult to remove it.

Even if you want to install beadboard or board and batten, you would still need to remove the paper from the top. Painting over here is not an option.

put wood flooring over it, wood strips of some kind,metal,or drywall; almost anything else you do to it you will need to remove the wall paper first because it is peeling off
