Quick, inexpensive fix to correct weathered, splintering wood on deck
My wooden deck is older, and the wood has started to darken and splinter. Outside of replacing the wood, is there anything I can do for a quick and inexpensive fix?
If they are large, a book case would hold them and leave them accessible to the toddler to take down and play with. For the small ones, like Matchbox vehicles, you could put up a long shelf and decorate it by painting roads and such on it for the cars and trucks. Make sure whatever you put them on, it is secured to the wall really well to avoid it coming down when the toddler is playing around it.
Shelves closed together, on walls or in closet.
