    Don't, asbestos needs to be professionally removed.

    DO NOT TOUCH IT! Only pro's can remove and dispose of it. If it's flat, stable, not cracking,or falling apart, you can legally cover it up with other flooring. EPA calls this "encapsulating". Painting will not work.

    Professionally--asbestos requires special handling, and cannot go to landfill!!!!
