There are many factors here: size of your chair, shape of back, welting ( if applicable), urethane foam or otherwise, padding, batting, does your fabric " railroad" or have a repeat, what is your skill level, etc.
You need to watch a number of professional videos as posted on You Tube, before you begin this project.
The best way is to take a photo of each step when you take it apart. Be careful not to damage the fabric as you will use each piece as a pattern for the replacement pieces. Cut each piece and put it back together on reverse order of your photos.
Do you have a picture, some are very easy, some can be a bit more challenging.
