Looks like a bulb, but I don't know what it is.
Can't see it but I'll guess Hyancinth ; same family as Lilies yes they are bulbs, early spring blooming https://www.google.com/search?q=hyacinth&safe=active&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS750US750&tbm=isch&source=iu&ictx=1&fir=TjY7Rsg02A1kSM%253A%252CmkjPYVK5FSYTtM%252C%252Fm%252F024nvz&usg=AI4_-kSMQtuysjdchIin0wR52QnCBgqNMQ&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwj14OTu_sPgAhXHFTQIHU2VBCEQ_h0wFHoECAMQCA#imgrc=TjY7Rsg02A1kSM:
Flowers might help ID it. Have you had it long enough to see if it kind of dies back? If it does it's most likely a bulb.
Yup, looks like a Hyacinth. When it blooms the fragrance will tip you off, very strong and sweet.
do some research on hyacinths . . . so you know how to take care of the bulb. You can always gently pull it out of the pot, just lift it up, and you will SEE if it is a bulb . . . chances are good it's a hyacinths, so now you will know what to do with it, and wait for it to bloom!
