Hi Patty, the easiest way to do it is to use Rustoleum Mirror Effects. It will not give the exact clear mirror that a mirror does but it is pretty clear and a lot easier than doing an actual mirror. If you want to do the actual mirror, here is a video.

You can make the reflective part of a mirror by buying mirror backing at the local home improvement store. You just spray it on the back like paint. It may need more than one coat, just follow the directions. Also, if you need to know how to frame the mirror, there are many tutorials in hometalk. Click on "explore projects" then "make" or "refurbish" and then furniture and type in "mirrors" in the search box. You will find many ideas. I was not sure which part you needed to do the mirror, the back or the framing.
You can buy a Mirror Spray to spray on Glass from DIY store or online....
You can use a piece of glass from a large frame and use Mirror glass spray on the back. You can make it look old by spraying the glass with water as you spray paint the mirror spray.
