I don't understand your question. What does "last spring frost near 29575 mean"?
Is this a zip code?
If you watch your local weather channel they will tell you when to expect the last frost this spring. It varies year to year due to weather changes in a local area. Talk to some of the old timers in your neighborhood, they can tell you the average time, but the weather man will have the last minute say. Also, if the frost seems past and suddenly the weatherman warns of a rare late date, you can cover anything you have outside for the night with a light sheet, or light weight frost blanket that can be purchased where nursery items are sold. Sometimes we slide our planters under the patio table for a light frost warning.
