My hubby uses one of those plastic drawer systems. Lesser used things like pain relievers, muscle rubs and other occasional used things are in the lower of the two drawers and his prescriptions are in the top one. If the bottles are too big, he uses a smaller one from the past when he didn't get three months at a time. Unopened bottles are kept in a decorated box in the towel closet in the bathroom.
I use a photo box from a craft store. One for my vitamins and prescriptions and one for the pets. I live alone and if anything ever happens, my emergency contacts know where I store them so they can grab and give to the treating physicians and know what I have been taking. Same reason for the pets.
I use a lunch bag or six pack cooler and a wire basket.
You could try something like this.

It looks like you have them in your bathroom. If that's true one of the recommendations we've had is medicine should be kept somewhere there is no moisture nor heat. I use little baskets that I'd bought for drawer organisation. It's only to transport them when I put what I need in my weekly pill container. I keep them in a cupboard in the kitchen. My husband keeps his in resealable plastic bags in a dresser drawer.
I use large turn tables in my corner unit in my kitchen. Normally on the highest self I can comfortably reach. Mark each bottle with a black super marker that you can read from a distance. Vitamins and minerals go on a separate shelf. always have a bug out bag with you daily meds and your pet meds if they need them handy if necessary. You can use old bottles for yourself when you get to the new location, if you are in a huricaine or some other catastrophe, or a list in your your wallet.
I keep mine in a woven oak basket I take out of the linen closet once a week to refill my weekly pill holder (pills sorted for seven days). If I have to travel for more than a week, the basket's contents can just be dumped into a ziplock bag.
All good suggestions!
I use a two tiered turn table in my pantry for supplements for everyone in the house and drawer organizer baskets hung on the inside of the pantry door on command hooks to hold my prescriptions. A lower basket holds the bottles I'm currently using and an upper basket holds refills that aren't needed just yet. A family member keeps his 7 day pill box in the bathroom and the bottles in his dresser drawer.
Advice from my doctor: keep a written list of all supplements, medications dates of surgeries, procedures and list known allergies to medications and foods on your phone or in your purse or wallet so you have it whenever you see a doctor.
It's difficult to remember everything at the doctors office and in an emergency it would be impossible, at least for me. I keep my medical history on my computer to print out and take with me to doctor appointments so I can hand them a copy rather than write it out at the office. They can keep my list for my file or hand it back to me. I also keep a copy in my wallet where emergency personal can find it in case it were ever needed.
Also - use a black marker to label the top of the bottle. like ASP for aspirin, ALL for allergy meds, BP for blood pressure, etc. This was you can put them in a shoe box and still pick out the bottle you need.
If you don’t know what a pill is for, by law each pill made must have unique numbers color and shape. You can then google “pill round 321 yellow” and it should tell you what the pill does. Don’t cut a pill in half or quarters unless the pill is scored to do so.
