Attach sides to it and hold poster boards, canvases, thin sheet a of wood...
Put boards on the bottom and boards on the top and use it for a plant stand. Or you could use board for the top and plexiglass for the bottom and put plants on it. If it is on rollers, and I think it is, you could use it outside on your patio or even in your house in front of a lighted area. You could put baskets on the bottom for storage and a board on the top for plants or a lamp or whatever you want.
We have something similar. It has 3 canvas bags suspended by hooks. It is our hamper.
Maybe it could be repurposed into a recycling station. The trash baskets could sit on it and be off the ground (away from critters) and you could always surround it with plywood to disguise it--even add a cover.
Add wheels, top shelf or zip tie baskets, possibly add a pole to hang clothes. I would use it for a utility cart/ laundry cart. Distribute clean clothes/ stuff throughout the family. Make it in one trip.
If your picture is an indication, it looks like you have girls. They come with a plethora of stuffed animals and dolls. How about spraying it a girly color and making a fabric bag that velcros onto the long sides. The bag can be detached if the girls want to dump out all their toys and re-attached to toss everything in for cleanup.
