It would depend on where you live. Green beans need a soil temperature of 50 to 60 degrees before you can plant. You don't want to plant them and then have them die. All that work for nothing! Here's some info for you! https://homeguides.sfgate.com/good-time-plant-green-beans-55020.html
This happened to my girlfriend too. She can't plant until middle of April. (Her first year having a greenhouse, so everything is an experiment.) She is just transplanted into pots and will keep till it is safe to set them out.
I agree, I plant my bush and pole beans when the ground reaches fifty degrees steadily over a few days. Most veggies like warm ground when they are planted, whether you plant the seeds or plants. I would keep them in the greenhouse where it is warmer until the soil reaches a warm enough temp. I would start them later next year, no one really knows anymore when the temps are going to stay warm enough to plant. I had mine ready to plant last year and then had two weeks of low temps that made we wait even longer before it finally stayed warm.
