Did u try cleaning with bleach and Mr. clean sponge
Paste of baking soda and vinegar. Place a damp paper towel over it and let it sit for 15 to 30 minutes. Regardless of what the bottle or container says or does not state, I would just rinse away just to be sure. If it really stained your tub, write them and enclose photos. If it is happening to you, it might be happening to others. What brand of shampoo?
Good ideas listed above. I suggest rubbing alcohol, it will often remove ink and dye stains. Pour it on a rag and rub the stain on your tub.
Good luck!

Purple shampoos have either ammonium salt or aluminum salt in them, both are water soluble.
If yours has aluminum salt, use plain white vinegar to clean it.
If it has ammonium salt use 1 part ammonia and 3 parts water.
If your purple shampoo is different then use an acid cleaner or a mineral clean (CLR), but first test a small area so you don't ruin the finish of your tub.
