Try soft scrub.
Try Cascade, but be sure to rinse very well.
Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 solution of Dawn dish soap and vinegar. Spray it on and let it work. You may need to scrub with a plastic scrubbie.

Have you tried using a Magic Eraser yet?! Here is a post where I talk about the ones I like. I usually buy them from the dollar store and they are AMAZING! They are super abrasive so you have to use caution when using them, but I would try. I used one to remove hard water build up on a fiberglass shower before. It works great, but will take time.
