Plain old white vinegar. Vinegar will kill the mold spores, bleach will not.

Try a mix of vinegar, hot water and baking soda. Leave the door open for air circulation after showering to help prevent the build up.
To get rid of mold stains in caulking or grout, bleach soaked cotton applied to the spot works great!

I have found the best thing is hydrogen peroxide in a tooth brush to clean this up.
