DIY Hair Tie and Headband Holder
The best hair bow holders my three long-haired granddaughters have used are two strips of ribbon tied on a dowel or large clothes hangers. Even large bows fit, and clips fit in between the bows. I used to gasp at $20 bow hangers, until I found that most quality, stylish bows cost $10 and up.
I made this one for my daughter out of recycled materials.

Elizabeth...Find a nice frame you like...you might paint your favorite color,.. remove back and glass and attach chicken wire. Buy small clothespins at craft store in color to match or coordinate and clip your bows on wire with them.
