You will need to buy a tripod for your phone or camera. This is placed above the area you will be working so you can video your project. You may need to do some editing using an app on your phone. You will need a YouTube account to upload your video or if you have a website you can upload it to there instead. Good luck
Wow, what a fun endeavor! You'll want to create a space with good lighting that is clean and neat. Using a surface that looks clean and modern is a good idea. Wood grain, or a white surface works well. Check out the wood surface in this video-

As far as the editing program is concerned I can recommend you Vegas Pro. It is an excellent program and not to hard to use.
your phone is best to record the videos if you do not have a video camera, then a good editing software - pick a free one to begin with to see if you like doing it - and upload to a place like youtube :) good luck!
