How do I repair this area of my front porch?
I must have got overzealous with snow melt salt, which ate into the top layer of aggregate on my porch. How do I repair a small area!

There is a concrete patch that you can purchase to resurface this area. It looks like you have a bit of space near the top of the concrete so this gives you room to apply a top layer. It would be best if you brush on a coating of concrete bond liquid so that the top layer adheres to the bottom section.
you'll need to clean it really well(remove all salt or it will continue to disentegrate) then apply more of the matching aggregate or clear epoxy adding aggregate to match--depends which kind it is-cement or epoxy; then reseal it to prevent further damages. Or do as Joy30150932 suggests but this will look like cement/concrete not aggregate video on getting aggregate surface on concrete https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vg3P4GJQqSE you may want to see about some free estimates-have someone come out & look at it before you do anything
Dear M, I would clean the cement again with straight vinegar, then rise and let the cement dry. Then use an easy-mix cement patch, available in small bags. Follow the directions and let it dry! This ought to make the original look better and possibly be safer. Happy Spring!
Good luck.
You can resurface it with a concrete resurfacing compound.

Salts should never be applied to concrete or concrete pavers, as the salt eventually erodes the concrete.
