My older car leaked oil in the driveway, I tried pouring Coke on the spots & leaving it, etc., but nothing happened.

Best way to remove oil stains from driveway?
I've got oil drip stains on my driveway - pavers, specifically. Magic answer? Thanks!
Hi Kris, if it's a small oil stain cover it with baking soda, vinegar, or laundry detergent and let it sit for 15-30 minutes. Scrub the stain with a brush and hot water, and rinse thoroughly. For large oil stains, apply a commercial degreaser to the area and let it sit for 5 minutes before using a steel brush to scrub it off. You may need to repeat until all the oil is gone.
Hi Kris,
You could use Talc Powder to soak up the oil and or use Sterilizer used for cleaning baby bottles poured on it and left, or a mix of Washing up liquid and water to break it up. Hope that helps. I have used all of these methods in the past.
I would use a degreaser first then a high pressure washer.

My husband used kitty liter.
Saturate the spill with Ultra Dawn. Wait 10 min., then scrub with a sturdy brush or shop broom. Rinse well with warm water. Reapply if needed.
If you want to park this vehicle there again, consider purchasin "Pig Mats" from NAPA or Amazon. They fully absorb car oil, placed beneath the vehicle's oil pan/filter areas.
Is your driveway cement? Put Dawn Ultra dish soap on it sc rub it in spots, let sit to break up oil then scrub with baking soda & then add a little vinegar, scrub it with stiff scrub brush then rinse with boiling water ; use brake cleaner https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5HP0k9IeaQ
I just read about a product called Krud Kutter - assume it can be ordered on Amazon.
I just heard about drain cleaner being able to get rid of the oil spots. Haven been able to try it, but will.
I use Super Clean on a lot of things. It’s a blue liquid for grease/oil stains. Got it at Menards ...if you don’t have Menards ...google it. I have used it straight on my husbands white jacket grease spot . I had washed it many times and finally even dry cleaned it. Super clean took it out! I use it in my machine to clean his dirty oil coated clothes and they came out squeaky clean. Only use it in machine very little.
