Is this already made? Are you going to build this in place?
Do you want this built into the wall tile?
If so, this is not really do-able, because of all the under-tile flashing that needs to be done, which means removing existing tile down to the substrate and that’s a can of worms.
If you literally want to somehow screw this into the tile and use mollies, the water will eventually wick in between the joint and into the screw holes and eventually cause water damage. Even if you caulk the heck out of it, the caulk needs to be re-caulked about every 2 years.
Please send a picture of what you’re thinking of and I can be more specific.
