Here are some products that attach to a garden hose. You just spray your windows. They will take care of the outside but you’ll have to clean the inside by hand.

If I had many windows, I would purchase the squeegies like they use to wash car windows at the gas stations. You can purchase such window washers in the auto department of Walmart, at Ace Hardware, and home improvement stores. You can get longer lengths too. Some have a place for the windex in the scrubber too so you do not have to be up as high as the window to apply it. One side is for scrubbing and the other side is rubber to remove the liquid off the glass
Use hot water and pour in some vinegar or household ammonia and a bit of dish liquid. They should dry streak free as long as you are not washing the windows in the sun.
Unless you're in a particularly dusty area, cleaning windows first with warm water and a few drops of Dawn Ultra will cut the grease and dirt. Rinse with a spray bottle of distilled water and follow with distilled white vinegar. Squeegee excess water in long strokes, wiping squeegee blade between each stroke.
Always clean windows in very early morning or after sunset. The warmer and breezier the day, the more likely you'll get streaks.
