Ceramic tiles cover much of the floor surface in my house but have become dull in high traffic areas. What is the process to reglaze my floors?

You can't reglaze ceramic tile, that's done in the kiln. All you can do is use tile sealer or apply a top coat like polyurethane which will eventually peel. That's just the nature of high traffic areas. Maybe a runner would help.
