How to get rid of a ring in the bathroom?
Any secret advice on bathtub ring? We have an old bathtub in guest bathroom that has a relentless ring. We have tried lime away, cdifferent cleaners including bleach water soaking. Nothing has helped thus far. Any miracle cures out there?

Spray with WD40 and leave it for about 30minutes. And rub off with scouring pad. Works great on taps and toilets too.
Have you tried rubbing alcohol? That usually does the trick. You can also try cleaning with warm water, then applying baking soda. Let the soda sit on the stain for about 5 minutes. Then add some vinegar. Let it foam and sit for about 20 minutes. Then scrub clean with warm water and dawn dish soap.
How about saturating THIN LAYERS of folded paper towels in straight white vinegar and pressing them along the ring? If the paper is too thick, the weight of the vinegar may make them drop off. If the ring is really bad, I would plan on leaving the toweling on overnight and I would put white vinegar in a spray bottle and spray the paper toweling whenever it seemed to be drying out.
I also pour about 1/2 cup of white vinegar in my dishwasher weekly to keep the deposits away.
It also works great on the little plastic tray in your refrigerator underneath the ice cube/water dispenser (put the tray in a Ziploc bag, fill the bag with enough white vinegar to keep the tray covered--let it soak overnight, then use a fingernail brush or old toothbrush and those deposits will fall right off!). GOOD LUCK!
It could also be that the "ring" is actually etched into the enamel.
