How do I remove printing from a glass?
I have a beer mug with a Hooters emblem on it. I would like to remove the emblem so the mug is just clear. I tried rubbing it with pure actone, but it didn't work. If you know how I can do this, I would appreciate your help. Thank you!

Paint stripper.
Fill a shallow pan or dish with the acetone and lay the bottle down so the label is soaking in the acetone. Allow it to soak until the paint begins to loosen. Scrub it with a scrubbing pad or scrape it off carefully with a razor.
It is probably glued on so try WD40 to see if you can move it. Put the WD40 on it and then let sit for a while. You can use something like a razor blade to help move it too after it has sat for a while.
Try alcohol and a razor blade. Work gently so as not to scratch the glass.
Maybe try a little paint stripper.
If this is under a glaze, then it probably will not come off.
If all else fails, find a sticker that you can put over the Hooter logo.
But, you can buy the exact mug online without a logo

Sorry about the long link
Seen a few suggestions: paint thinner, lacquer thinner, Hydrochloric acid. Many such logos are etched into the glass and never really go away. Often you will be left with a ghost image.
These are company advertising so they don't want the logo removed. They use the best technology process to make them stay. Bottom line would be more of a use it or lose it.
