I'd buy plastic tubs and put rarely used items in them. Then I'd put them outside under the trailer, covered with a tarp.
Think UP. Look over your head and see if there are spaces there where you can hang things. There are grids for pots and pans. There are magnetic gizmos to attach metal things like measuring spoons and knives. Hanging tiered baskets are great for everything from produce to towels to paper napkins 'n such. There are also over the door hangers for cupboards and hooks for under the top cabinets. If you don't want to make holes, there are a number of Command hooks that will hold quite a bit of weight. Tall resin Shelves are cheap. Put a cheap tension rod under the top shelf and hang a curtain or sheer on it.
Please Do not put off roof leaks. Mobile homes are notorious for toxic mold problems.
I advise on a mobile home repair forum too and I recommend you spend $50 on a bucket of elastometic roof coating.
For small budget or no budget at all I will advise to use some reclaimed pallet wood and cut the different slat in order to help you to create Storage. I am sharing some pallet idea with pallet on MyATCtv DIY if needed
