I've seen it done with faux stone, so I imagine there's probably a brick pattern as well. https://howtonestforless.com/airstone-concrete-foundation-coverup/
there is a brick pattern available, ran across it yesterday while out picking. it's spring clean up in my town. construction adhesive should keep it in place.
You could paint it out and then paint the lines on to make it look like brick. Be sure to purchase the correct paints for block as they are porous and may need a good concrete paint to cover.
Hi Carley,
You can purchase faux brick to put on the concrete or you can paint it yourself. Here's written directions for painting.

This project from another Hometalk member is an inside paint job, but her technique could be used outside. Just be sure to use materials and paint that are meant for outside use. Check with your local stores to see what they have available and go from there. Wishing you the best.

How to Paint Faux Brick
I did this once as a recycle project for old paint and cement. My pattern was stones, not bricks. But the texture this process leaves behind is closer to the real thing than just painting them on.
I mixed a gallon of old latex paint and some water into a bag of pre-mixed concrete from the big-box store. Then troweled it on. This was done with different colors of paint and the "stones" were placed on the foundation at random.
My work lasted on there until now, it was about fifteen years ago.
