Can anyone tell me the name of this plant?
This plant is supposedly in the lily family. This is the smaller of the two sizes. If we lived below Baton Rouge, LA. I could put it in the ground. It has sword shaped leaves that are green on the top side and burgundy on the underside. I blooms a big ball shaped flower (?) on a thick shiny burgundy stalk. When the flower opens it makes a ball of individual white flowers trimmed in burgundy.

NZ Flax
Hi Jana,
I do not know the name of your plant, but it is very pretty just by looking at the two-toned colored leaves. I can see by the pictures though, that you should re-pot your plants. I don't mean to be critical, but they do seem to be very crowded. I hope someone can tell you what they are. 🌹💖😘
Bromeliad
Looks like a yucca plant grown in Mexico but does not have the purple strips. Ours is totally green with leaves like that and very, very sharp to the touch. In July it has a large stalk with white flowers up the stalk looking like bells. Wondering if it is part of the Yucca plant family. Ours survives the bitter winter and snow too.
It is a red sister

Pineapple Lily. I have mine in pot. I started with one bulb approx 7 years ago, have divided a few times and have given bulbs to friends. It will send up a stalk, then a "pineapple looking" top will form and then will flower. It is a stunning plant.
I was also thinking a yucca plant. A little hard to tell without seeing the whole plant. The apps are great though!
flax?
Looks like a crinum lilly to me. I have it in green...flowers are white.
Might be Peruvian Lily
This picture looks a little like a New Zealand Flax
I agree with the person who said "Crinum Lily"... I also have some of these, with only green leaves, but I've seen them with variegated leaves. Mine, with green leaves get white flowers; ones with variegated leaves (that I've seen) have had white/purple flowers.
From the photo it favors a plant called "Moses in the Bullrushes". I probably am wrong but it does look like it.
Rhoeo or Moses in a cradle very common likes a lot of water, has a white flower occasionally
