PS: You can take an old white sheet and wrap it around the high chair so that it will fit the particular high chair you are using, stencil on the items you wish to put on it. And a white chef's apron you could use (try Gordans) also. Good luck.
The picture is what you want? It’s strung on a cord and tied in the back.
The above high chair may not be safe by today’s standards. I have one like it. But if just for a temporary decorative item, you can paint, stencil, embellish and decorate all you want. Be careful with the baby!
Were you intending this decoration to be used only one time, or to keep it for other 1st birthday parties? 'Just wondering, as it is not washable. I've never seen a 1year old child yet who is a neat eater....
