How to makeover a patio that's painted and peeling?

Hello! Over the years, we painted our patio (large square concrete pavers), as we could not afford to replace w/ concrete or new pavers. The area is appprox : 20' x 20'The previous owner cemented/grouted the squares together. Any ideas on a budget? We live in the Midwest.

Try a Power washer, but don't be alarmed if everything gets splashed, it will b.e worth it in the end.
