For my stainless steel appliances, I like endust green apple cleaner. And it makes your kitchen smell good too!
After I wipe away grease and such with dishwater and it dries I wipe with a damp microfiber cloth. I like super cloth the best.
I use windex to prevent smearing when cleaning anything in the kitchen. The trick is to keep the rag clean or use paper towels.
Anything with an alcohol base should do the trick.
