Insulate any ductwork in your garage, using mastic tape for seam joint sealing.
Insulate any water pipes, as well, which will sweat in summer heat.
If walls show evidence of water infiltration, you'll need to apply a watersealer to walls, and regrade outside the garage to keep water away.
