There is a product called "Snake Away" that you can find at Amazon or places like Lowe's.
Learn to embrace snakes as they are good for your yard. They eat bugs and keep the rodent population in check. If you have snakes, you either have a food sources for them, and/or a hiding spot for them. Tidy up the yard and removing their nesting areas and the food supply will dwindle.

Unless venomous, then you do want them around a bit. I get calls everyday for rattlesnake removal. That's a different ballgame entirely.
